In a world that is becoming more and more disconnected and distracted, I am driven to bring people together and facilitate presence and connection. My services grow as I discover people's needs. I adapt based on what I learn, hear, see and experience. Plus, I want to make it fun!Gold Petal is all about facilitating focus, presence and connection. Whether that be through 1:1 coaching, workshop facilitation, or offline events, I love to guide others to go from frazzled to focused.With over 8 years of facilitation experience including hundreds of workshops, meetings and training sessions, I’ve also built my craft coaching individuals, teams and organizations for over 5 years. Following the ACC-ICF certification path, my passion for coaching only continues to grow!I'm Diana De Cotiis. Coach and facilitator by day, I'm also an artist, avid reader, gym-goer, cyclist and mom to a hilarious 5-year-old.

Delivering a workshop is a totally different skill, and that's the part I help with. Together we'll shape your session so it brings people into the conversation and feels connected, not like a presentation people sit through.I support the content, design, and inclusivity side of facilitation: session design, activity selection, practice, and even co-hosting the live session with you.
